This started after the most recent update. Just wanted to know if this is a known issue with a fix before I reach out to the Support team.
The Quest home menu is at the correct height. Every game I start, however, appears much lower then it did before the update. For example in Beat Saber my eyes are level with the heading "Campaign"/"Solo" whereas before my eyes were level with the 3rd-4th song in the list. While playing the game the blocks are now between my knees and ankles. Before they would have been at chest level. I've tried a bunch of other games and they all seem to be affected.
Things I've tried.
Re-starting the quest.
Resetting the guardian.
Trying both stationary and room scale guardian modes.
Any other ideas?
Thanks

Ya, I find this is sometimes a problem even with my Rift. I think it's generally either an in-game issue and/or a SteamVR issue for the most part. Some games allow you to adjust your height so just check their settings options. For SteamVR you can try the reset standing view on it's dashboard. I find that a quick workaround is to just adjust your physical height up/down (and back/forth if necessary) and press/hold the right controller Oculus button. Within the Quest setting/gaurdian there is a simple adjust height option and sometimes this works better than resetting Guardian.

Thanks for the response. I tried a few of your suggestions but nothing seemed to work. I finally got it though. I went into settings and instead of resetting the guardian, which I tried a dozen times, I went into Settings > Guardian > Set Floor Level > Reset. It's very strange since the Guardian menu also has a reset, but that never fixed my issue.

Not steamvr it’s oculus itself as it would do this in the basic menu
