To delete your AliExpress account
- Log into www.aliexpress.com and click My AliExpress.
- Click Account Settings, and then click Edit Member Profile.
- Click Deactivate Account.
- Type in your email address and the words “Deactivate my account”.
- Choose a reason for deleting your AliExpress account.
- Click Deactivate My Account.

Detailed instructions on how to delete your AliExpress account
1. Go to www.aliexpress.com in your web browser and log in.
2. Move your mouse cursor over your name in the top-right corner, and select My AliExpress from the drop-down menu.
3. Click Account Settings, and then click Edit Member Profile.
4. In the top-right corner of your profile, click Deactivate Account.
5. There are two parts to finishing the process of deleting your account. The first is confirming your information and intent. Click in the box labelled “Enter Your User Name” and type in the email address that you used to sign up. Then click in the box labelled “Type In the Following Words: Deactivate My Account” and type in ‘Deactivate my account’ (exactly as it’s written).
6. The last step in deleting your AliExpress account is to let them know why you want your account deleted, and then confirm it.
Click the button beside the reason that best describes why you want to delete your AliExpress account (if you select “Other”, click in the box beside it and type an explanation). Then click Deactivate My Account.
