Balsamic Grilled Pork Chops Recipe (2024)

Pork chops have never tasted so juicy or tender. If you are looking for a simple and delicious grilling recipe, we highly recommend making these Balsamic Grilled Pork Chops. Full of flavor, and so easy to make.

Balsamic Grilled Pork Chops Recipe (1)

My sisters were teasing me the other day that most of my main dish recipes are cooked on the grill. There is just something about grilled food that I absolutely love.

My mom is the same way- I can still remember her going outside in the middle of a snowstorm to throw some chicken breasts on the grill. The things we do for good food.

I know that pork chops tend to be tough and sometimes not very good when they are cooked, but this marinade leaves them so moist, tender and full of flavor that you will never go back to preparing them any other way.

Pork chops are always so intimidating to me, because I feel like they are such a dry meat. That is not the case with these bad boys. They are not dry, but rather full of delicious flavor, and extremely easy to make.

If you need a new pork chop recipe, you have to try these.

How long should these marinade for?

I usually marinate these pork chops, overnight. They just take in the flavor of the marinade a little better, the longer they have to soak in it.

However, if you don’t have overnight to marinate them, we recommend at least 3 good hours of marinading, for the best results.

Would this marinade work for chicken or steak?

This is an amazing marinade for pork, but really any meat would taste amazing in this marinade. I have made it with both steak and chicken, and both were absolutely delicious.

It’s a quick marinade, full of flavor, and beyond easy to make. You will love this.

Would these bake in the oven?

I have only grilled these, but they would bake just fine in the oven. We recommend baking them at 350 degrees, and 20 minutes per pound.

This recipe looks and sounds porktastic! I can't wait to try it. Being a wife of a hog farmer, we are lucky to have quite a bit of pork in our freezer, so new recipes are always appreciated. A lot of people tend to overcook pork which makes it quite tough and unenjoyable. The key to juicy-butter-cutting-pork is to use a meat thermometer and take it off the heat source when the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145º. Cover loosely with foil and let it rest for 3 minutes. This should yield you some yummy pork!
